Keturah Wicks is the Founder of Be Enlightened, LLC and creator of The Elevated Table: Women Who Lead, Learn & Rise. She is a leadership strategist, operations expert, and community builder committed to empowering women to lead with excellence and impact. Through business, faith, and service, she helps others build systems that support sustainable success.  Keturah brings nearly 15 years of organizational leadership experience. Her love for God, her husband, and children, are the fuel that motivates her daily.

Kaniyah Tate is a graphic designer and entrepreneur with experience creating impactful visuals for churches, brands, and organizations. Currently pursuing a business degree at UNC Charlotte, she blends creativity with strategy to deliver meaningful, purpose-driven design. Kaniyah enjoys graphic design, media creation, fashion, baking, and exploring new ways to bring ideas to life, all while using her gifts to serve others and glorify God.

Kayla Young earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has over 10 years of experience serving as a corporate advisor in the financial services field for an accredited institution. Outside of her professional career, she is a devoted wife and attentive mother to three sweet girls. Kayla and her family enjoy spending time in nature, often exploring nearby trails and vacationing in the mountains when time and resources allow.

With over 10 years of customer service experience, Porsha brings a people-first approach to hospitality and logistics management. She excels at anticipating needs, coordinating seamless operations, and ensuring every guest and team member feels supported. Passionate about creating smooth, memorable experiences, Porsha turns her customer service expertise into flawless event execution and operational efficiency.

Adelia Evans has been dedicated to her career as a Registered Nurse since 2015, serving with compassion and excellence. Outside of her profession, she values quality time with family and friends, bringing warmth and positivity to those around her. A committed member of her local church, Adelia’s faith is central to her life and fuels her passion for inspiring young women to walk confidently in their purpose. She is the founder of Beautiful Rose Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that equips young women with tools to strengthen identity awareness, spiritual growth, and self-worth. Through her leadership, Adelia is committed to guiding young women on a transformative journey of empowerment, purpose, and impact within their communities.

Jada Hall holds a degree in Business Administration. She is a devoted wife and mother with a strong commitment to both her family and community. With over six years of experience in human services, she developed a deep passion for helping others and creating meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Building on her professional foundation, Jada transitioned into business ownership alongside her husband. Together, they successfully own and operate a trucking company, exemplifying leadership, resilience, and a strong dedication to excellence.

Lanya has worked in the clinical research industry for 20 years and recently transitioned into building her own consultancy in the trial management space. In 2022, she founded House of Fortitude, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting her local community in various impactful ways.

In 2020, she fulfilled a long-held dream of becoming a real estate investor by purchasing her first rental property. Since then, she has successfully flipped several properties and expanded her rental portfolio.

Lanya enjoys traveling and creating meaningful memories with her 16-year-old son. She especially loves spending time near the ocean, visiting museums and amusement parks, reading a good novel, going to the movies, and enjoying great food.
